Thank you for visiting and shopping at EzyRoller. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not always delivered on weekends or holidays.  Please ensure you check your tracking for estimated delivery times.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 days, but delays can happen.  Please always check your tracking first and if you still have questions, please contact us.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please always ensure a street address is included.

EzyRoller ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

EzyRoller is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

EzyRoller is not liable for any products damaged during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to rectify the situation.  If you parcel is lost by the carrier, please ensure you contact them to lodge a claim first and then contact us.  We are always happy to help.  

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. We can do shipments to Canada but please note there will be import duties to be paid once it arrives and possibly carrier surcharges.
